Had Rivian replace my windshield after a rock hit, immediately after several different people have complained that they hear substantial wind noise from bluetooth calls from me at highway speeds, when at street speeds or at a stop it clears up, also if I switch to speaker phone the wind noise on the other end goes away as well, so can't be "reception" based issue. Besides the microphones directly above my head, are there any other near the windshield that could explain this? Is there a microphone somehwere in the dash? Or could the wind go up the A-pilar by the mics on either the passenger/driver side? I don't hear anymore wind noise than I did before, which was always a good amount.

I think you may be confused about the mic location. You said "above your head" so do you mean the little grille just above the side window? That's a speaker. The microphones are in the rear view mirror pod. They look like USB-C ports. This would have been removed from the old glass and replaced on the new, so I'd look inside there. It's a bitch to remove the cover, but I've done it a couple times. My best guess is the mic is loose or something.
