All speakers stopped working except the SUB -Fixed will full reset-

Happened tonight. No sound from any speakers except the sub. I though the amp died or something. I tried a entertainment system reset and that did not work. Did a full reset (hold the far left button on the steering wheel and the hazard light button for about 10 seconds) and that fixed it. I could hear the relays turning everything off and then on again.

Happened to me as well the other day. A reset of the infotainment fixed it. I’m out in Southern Nevada and I think the extreme heat has been giving the truck a little trouble. Most of my issues like that seem to occur later in the afternoon when the truck has been sitting outside.

Not too hot, about upper 80s when it happened. Picked a song from Alexa and my son said it sounded like the music was outside like the car next to us. That is exactly what it sounded like.

Just happened to me, did an infotainment reset, still muffled. Will report back once I fix it.

This happened to me early on... I wish I could remember the specifics. I think it was either bluetooth or alexa or navigation that was stuck. Hopefully that gives some clues to troubleshoot if someone is currently having the problem.

This happened to me about 10 minutes ago. Info reset didn’t work, hard reset did. Happened right after a fast charge.

I did a hard reset to address a different issue and now I have this issue (on the latest 2023.14.0 version). Infotainment reset didn't fix it, so now I'm stuck with no tunes for at least an hour until I can hard reset again

Happened to me the other day. Had to do a full reset to get it back. Latest software.

Mine did that a few months ago... somewhat off-putting, but at least it was a quick and easy fix.

Mine hadn't either....till last Friday. Hard reset cured it.

Had this happen a few weeks ago (prior to 2023.14.0). Was later at night so I just parked it for the night and figured I'd take care of it in the morning. When I got back in the next day it was fixed, so it seems like a full sleep cycle "reset" may also fix this.
