So I had a Coleman 48 Can Party Stacker Cooler that I kept under the floor of the Model Y trunk, but its too wide to fit in the frunk due to how the frunk is shaped at the bottom. Has anyone found any cooler that fit well in the frunk?

R1T and some other junk.
Can confirm the Lifetime 26qt fits fine and leaves room for other stuff under the hood.

I tried my collection of smaller coolers. Posting them all as they are 3 of the most widely distributed coolers out there. A Coleman steel belted, a Coleman 48qt and a Yeti 45. I didn't even attempt to close the steel belted or the Yeti. The 48qt looked really close so I closed it, seemed fine but when I hit the open button it jumped like it was under some pressure so I wouldn't want to do it again. I think 13" height is the most you'd want to have

Thanks. Seems like a missed opportunity for the Gear Shop. For our last trip I opted to have a larger cooler in the bed… also loving that metal cooler in your first pic… go Buffs!

Does the TUNDRA® 45 HARD COOLER from YETI fit then?

Just keep in mind that the frunk is way warmer than the inside of the car (in the case of the R1S) while you’re driving on a hot day. Probably OK for short rides, but if you have a long drive I would not store it there.

I have the BestEvMod Soft Cooler that I keep in the frunk below the divider. You didn't explain your use. I basically keep it there in case I ever need a cooler in the Rivian. I'd pull it out and put it in the back. With that said...

I also keep a temperature data logger in the frunk. It got up to 116 F while charging last week while it was 50F outside. As mentioned above, I'd be hesitant to keep anything heat sensitive in the frunk, even if it's in a hard-sided cooler.

I have not tried either of these in the frunk yet - Rivian R1S only a few weeks old, one of which was spent at the Service Center getting a new HV battery... BUT, these are what I've always used in my vehicles - one requires being plugged in and can do cold OR hot (great for transporting food) while the other is battery-powered, can deep freeze, and can be recharged via outlet or solar (great for boating, camping, tailgating etc. - no ice needed). Surprising amount of room in each.

My guess is the Solar Go Fridge won't fit, but perhaps the Freedom Fridge would - but given the need for an outlet plus the heat in the frunk I'd suggest keeping it in the rear cargo area. Had both products for years and they've never let me down.
