Estimated Range Drop After Last Software Update

Noticed a 9-10 mile estimated range reduction since the last update (2024.19.04). There has been no change in my driving habits, from pre-update to post-update. I charge daily to 70%.

Maybe it is actually taking into account driving history now. Mine never has budged from the default estimates.

Same exact issue happened to me. 70% AP used to be 204 miles but now the same is 194 miles

Feels like my last 15 minutes is creeping into the 2.75-3.25 more often, although not seeing and hard range numbers change.

I don’t remember what my 70% was this morning but this has definitely changed. Used to be 284 at 100% (yes, with 21’s… I have AT tires on and the SC made the range adjustment somehow at my last service appointment)

I thought my numbers looked different, but shrugged it off to not remembering right. I switch drive modes quite often.

Nice to know Rivian “heard” us and pushed another update to fix their fix. Back to normal, for now.

Same. 100% now shows me 288 in AP

I installed another update (2024.19.06) that appears to be the same as the previous one (2024.19.04) according to the update details, and my daily range estimate t 70% charge is back to where it was before the (2024.19.04) update.
