Hitch cover DIY mod. Ditch the screwdriver!

Went to McMaster-Carr web site and found the screws to be $3.ºº each. Two of them would be $6.ºº After finding that shipping was $9.ºº, I canceled my order. Why so much ?

I'd don't know. But I'm pretty sure that is less than what I paid for them when I did this writeup.

Nice write up. Ordered 4 as paying that shipping for two seemed silly.

Love this solution. I had these exact types of fasteners on my last few SUVs and like being able to take on and off the cover. I like having the hitch covered when I'm not using it, IMO, that is the point of having it integrated into the bumper.

I was ready to order, but the $9 shipping is giving me pause....

Just completed this in under 5 minutes. One of my favorite DIYs on this truck yet! Super easy, solves an annoying condition, and relatively cheap.
