Just simple shoutout of kudos for Rivian mobile service. I needed the seat sensor recall done, and the driver’s side gear tunnel entrapment release threw an error about once per month (I’ve had my R1T since June). I called a week ago, dispatch said they came to my area on Thursdays, and gave me a 9-12 window today. The driver sent me an ETA message of 9:30am and was spot on. He was finished with both issues in about 15 minutes, and was off to the next appointment. I’m a 3 hour drive from the Richmond service center, on the Southern Outer Banks (SOBX) of NC. I’ve dropped by the service a couple times in the past (I drive by about once per month going to see the grandkids), but this was my first mobile service.
