This happened to me as well last night. I was texting back and forth and finally gave up at 10:00pm. Luckily, we had the carabiner key. I contacted Roadside assistance this morning and spoke with a very helpful person who said it's known issue, and to use the key card and carabiner key. This will be resolved via an OTA update. The Rivian Roadside assistance rep said not to delete the app and reinstall it, or try to reset any settings.
