Based on my one experience this morning, there are no notifications, but it does turn off right at the departure time. I got to my car one minute after departure and the heat was not on/active, but the cabin, steering wheel, and seat were all warm.

I't exhausting to use manually the app to precondition my car in the mornings. I'll probably trade in my R1T this weekend.

There is no way to precondition the battery manually today. Turning on the heat doesn’t do it, the only workaround is to charge for 60-90 minutes before a cold weather trip to maximize range.

Is anyone seeing changes in vampire drain? I've had my R1S parked since last Friday and I'm charging 60+ miles a day with it just sitting in the garage...

This is just not ok at this point. As crappy as the mileage was on my MDX at least when it sat in the garage I didn't need to add 3 gallons of gas a day to keep it there.

I'm hoping there's SOME good news on vampire drain?

Just installed. The thing I noticed right away is a much more sensitive accelerator pedal response. I only have to press it lightly to get the car moving forward or backwards.

Definitely feels like a lot less pressure necessary to get a response.

Not true. Mine pre-conditions the batt on .46 when the climate control is activated prior leaving when ambient temps are low. I have watched it happen.

I was thinking this was happening as well. But it would pull from battery instead of shore power.

Installed yesterday. It was nice and toasty in the car when I left home today thanks to the preconditioning schedule!. I did notice though that the volume on my audio system is off. I had to crank it up to volume 18 when I’m typically at 10. Anyone else experiencing this?

Got the update. Love being able to set the departure schedule. Noticed the puddle lights stopped functioning. Not sure if it’s a fluke will check it again.

I'm now at 24 hours post update with NO vampire drain. This is the first time ever ... I sure hope this keeps up.

Nice! I assume proximity is off and is Bluetooth on (not sure it matters) via your phone?
