Honestly the vehicle has been at the service center so many times I can't even remember. When I first bought it up to them, they said it's a software issue. More I think about it. I believe it was always leaning to the passenger side.

My service ticket is in this thread. I’d demand they replace the sensor and air strut. And FWIW…I don’t see how you adjust a “bracket” or “pushrod”.

the common theme…right front…something is wrong out of the factory.

^ with that in mind you'd think they would go out of their way to make everything perfect vs. just wasting your time.

Some have had the issue corrected by replacing the height sensors and recalibration.

You seem like a decent/chill guy, sorry to hear you've had so many issues with your R1T.
Early VIN?

Thanks man. It's been a struggle trying to stay positive about this vehicle. It seems like everyone has an issue, but my vehicle seems to have every issue.

Just to name a few of the major ones
Body panel issues
tonneau cover broken
alignment issues
hydraulic sway bar malfunction
high and low voltage battery swap
ride height issues
water slashing from under the floor sound

When the vehicle works its great but when it doesn't it wears on you.

It's just south of 5,500

^ you know... sadly all the issues you had/have/list above are very common (except the HV battery swap thank goodness) Rivian issues.

Just following up on your right height situation. What ended up happening? Did you adjust the sensor rod length. I was thinking of doing the same thing.
They made adjustments at service center, and it seems alot better, so in the spirit of trying to be more tolerant and laid back person, I have not checked with anything more than the "glance-o-meter".

Glad to hear they were able to fix your issue. Did they just preform a calibration, or did they swap out parts?

I had a lengthy conversation about the passenger side sagging with the service manager at Richmond Service Center.

The TL;DR is essentially the software tells the comfort value/air manifold to make adjustments based upon a few sets of ride height calibrations, and what they're finding is the data isn't being relayed properly to the comfort valve OR the comfort valve is not making the adjustments as needed. They've had over 10 vehicles in for the same issue and have been through replacing sensors, air bags, lines, compressors, and a few have had the entire comfort valve/air manifold replaced.

Rivian is replacing whole parts to solve issues across the board. The pulled parts are then sent back to Normal for diagnosing by engineers to solve future issues, along with detailed notes of what the tech experienced during test drive and disassembly.

Good to hear they have been focused on this issue. Crazy how it seems to only effect the passenger front on all the vehicles. Hopefully with all the data they have been collecting they will have a solution for my situation.

Interesting. I have had the same issue and after a complete software reset, have not heard back from Rivian. Took about 4 days from report submission to get a call back. Thanks for the update.

Exactly - there's a consistent issue across R1T and R1S.. and I'm wondering if the EDV experiences the same. Hopefully it's a software fix, or recalibration of comfort valve/air manifold.

I concur. With Rivian it is clear squeaky wheels gets grease (but not to be confused with squeaky suspension. That is either "normal" or unsolvable. Not sure yet. But it is true with clinking driveshafts...those get grease).
