A quick intro
Consider this a novice review by someone who doesn't consistently write product reviews. I wanted to contribute to the forum a bit since I've been largely lurking for about a year now.
Background on me: I come from owning a 1999 TJ and 2016 JK before owning an R1T. I grew up in the rust belt; as such, I think my family has a typical background in the automotive industry, and my grandfather and father both worked for Jeep. So I grew up replacing radiators, doing drum and disc brake changes, spark plugs, serpentine belts, oil changes, etc. I am competent in basic auto repair and maintenance but far from an experienced mechanic. The R1T is our first EV; related we considered a Model Y parallel to the R1T. We can go into that decision-making process if anyone is interested.
We took delivery of an Adventure edition R1T in late September, VIN 12xxx. The JK was a trade-in for the R1T. Since taking delivery, the R1T has become our daily driver over our hybrid. The R1T is definitely in the top tier of vehicles I've driven. Given a theoretical triangle of opposing vertices: price, performance, and quality, I couldn't be happier with the way the R1T seems to balance those qualities.
Since taking delivery at a nearby service center, we have put 5000 miles in 3 months, which is wild to write since, during peak-pandemic, neither of our vehicles put on serious mileage. Roughly 2300 miles encompass a recent road trip from CO to TX and back. We took a few small rocks on the route; Kansas was pretty windy, no significant chips or cracks in the glass (for those who are tracking that concern)
Service
We have had the vehicle in for service two times.
The first service appointment was to address:
The second (and currently ongoing issue)
A few days before December 25th, and just after the cold/snow that hit recently, I noticed a small puddle that seemed to have dried under the truck and attributed it to some residual water after a car wash. That assumption was incorrect. On the morning of the 25th, we went to hop in the truck to visit some friends, and I noticed a patch of blue snow underneath the driver's side of the frunk, right by the wheel well. I think to myself: "That probably isn't ideal..." so I take some pictures:
We then hop in the truck and run our errand. Once we arrive at our destination, a 12-minute drive, we spend ten minutes at our friends' place to exchange cookies and chat briefly. We hop back in the truck and receive a "Please add more coolant" warning, which I thought, "ahh that must have been that blue fluid". The truck was operating just fine, and I resolved to submit a ticket that evening. On the way home, we received a notification that "Truck will resume normal operation once the battery reaches appropriate temperature" It was 50 degrees outside after having been driven and on for roughly 20 minutes. We then notice that the power meter (the bar on the right-hand side of the dash) has millimeters of "normal" operation on either side of the baseline, something I didn't see even when temps hit -10 just days before. Acceleration was sluggish as best, and brake regen was practically gone.

We resolved to drive my wife's vehicle until the truck was back from getting serviced.
Current service continued
I filed two tickets, one for the coolant warning and another for the vehicle's acceleration/deceleration issue. I realize these are likely related items; however, to be sure everything is looked at, two tickets were created since the problems aren't explicitly related.
A care agent contacted me on the morning of the 28th. Without prompting on my part, he immediately offered to arrange a complimentary tow to the service center (3 miles away); he expressed concern about driving the truck to the service center with that behavior and symptom combination. 2 hours later, a wrecker showed up and loaded the truck up with a little assistance on how to operate the truck since this was the first time this driver had seen an R1T as a client.
I signed the work estimate for $0.00, including coolant system diagnostics, 1.5 hours of coolant system labor, and the tow. Nothing explicitly called out about the battery in the work order, so I'll double-check when we pick the vehicle up. Still, after reading through posts here, I think our blue drip, battery temperature warning, and vehicle performance are related.
Current take
We love our R1T. As far as vehicles go, they seem to be more practical and capable than our Rubicon was and, for all the reasons you might expect, much more enjoyable to drive. Road tripping 2300 miles was a dream, aside from Francis Energy chargers in Oklahoma ? , we used highway assist judiciously and found it reliable; the truck stayed centered in our lane. I have some critiques of the driver+/highway assist system, but that's content for another post.
I will update the thread once I get more info about our current service situation.

- The (seemingly) common cabin noise due to A-Pillar weather stripping issue
- Water "sloshing" noise in the doors after washing the truck.
