I have the same rattle. Pretty annoying. I feel like a small piece of foam wedged under the lip of the grill there where it meets the windshield would fix it, but I haven't been able to place it correctly yet.

We have (had) this too. They attempted to fix it when servicing but it was the same when they gave it back. I was able to get 3 clips to snap/lock back in on the speaker cover by the windshield. Hasn't rattled since so keeping my fingers crossed.

This is what they did to fix it for us. I am guessing it was rattling still after the fix since they didn't get it assembled correctly (didn't lock in all clips) on the speaker cover.

I had (and continue to have a little bit) of the same problem. Same resolution as @Lil'Dave but mine still has a little rattle depending on the road surface. Will have to press all around to see if a clip isn't in place.

I knew exactly what the title of this thread was referring to when I saw it.

I’ve been contemplating a fix for this for a while and haven’t had the courage to try to remove the speaker grill. Anyone know how? Does it just pop up with clips?

I've noticed a similar issue as well. It doesn't happen on flat, smooth roads, but uneven surfaces yield some clicking. Seems like there's some flexing on the dash that pops the speaker cover in/out. Curious to see if anyone can find a remedy

Mine did that rattle today on a 25mph rough road. First I’ve heard it.

If it keeps it up, I may resort to putting some of those rounds felt stick-on pieces used for the bottom of chair legs on it. Although if there’s some speaker grill down in a magnet…that’s another story.

mine does it driving over cracks in a smooth paved road. On rough roads you can see the grill jumping. I have apt next week to get it looked at. I'll update

I only have the rattle when hauling my loaded horse trailer, it’s loud and distracting.
