Unable to sign in to app

I would be curious if anyone can check to see if PAAK still works, I do not think it needs to be logged into the app to work, should just be using the phone. May need the app launched if location service is set to only when app is running.

Unfortunately I am not around my R1S to test but would like to know the answer.

My truck wouldn't unlock but it readied right away after getting in with the wristband. I don't think it usually works that way. Someone else mentioned a short grace period to be able to start, but that hasn't been my experience at all.

Short answer: no. Shows unconnected on Bluetooth as well.

That is odd, you do not even need the app to connect with Bluetooth.

Mine crashed. Luckily it was right after I walked up and unlocked the truck so I was able to get my motorcycle key and helmet out so I can go get another truck key.

I think customer service is able to unlock vehicles remotely. Definitely worth investigating if you're currently locked out. If they wouldn't normally do it they might be able to make an exception because it's an issue on their end and not yours.

yep was just out at lunch walked away and it wasn't locking. had the same issues with the app luckily always carry the card in my wallet. So only a minor inconvenience.

Came here looking to find out what was going on with the app, sounds like I found my answer. Of course this happens on the day that my wife is doing me a favor and taking my R1T in to have the windows tinted... SO GLAD she had the card with her to give to the tint guy! Otherwise i'd not heard the end of this.

Me too. I use two step authentication and can't get in on the web or my phone. And mobile tech out of Orlando just left about 15 minutes before this happened fixing my seat back adjustment. Hopefully this will be fixed soon...
