Update 2023.22.00 Public Release

i tried to install 2023.22.0 twice and it failed both times anyone have the same issue?

Mine failed trying to install from my phone. But I could initiate install from within the truck. Install went fine otherwise

Installed. Got the AC compressor excessive noise on very first drive after install. Clearly a software issue made worse with this release. No prior issue with this in 10 months of ownership.

I will try that I actually got the update and all new features but the phone and vehicle says update failed.

Contact support, they can review the logs and see what portion actually failed. I had that happen with 2022.47, it told me it failed but showed it was installed and I saw all of the new features. It turned out that there was one module failing that triggered the error. They had to replace the module and reapply the patch, they then had to apply the 2 that were released while Inwaited for service.

You will not get a notice for a new update until this one reports back successful. It also appears that they need to apply them in order as they tried to push the latest when it was in the shop but failed until they went back and applied the others.

I updated overnight successfully. When I got in the truck this morning to go to work there was a FOB update popup, I pressed the button to do it and it took me to the vehicle > updates screen but there was nothing about a FOB update like there was on the last FOB update.

Did anyone have a FOB update prompt? If so, did it run successfully?

I realize that I may be waiting a bit before this software update is available to my truck, but how will I be notified when it is available? - In the app, in the vehicle, by text, by email, or some combination of these? “Current System” is 2023.18.0 in truck & in the app. - TIA

A notification on the app will show an update is available and it will be on the truck when you enter, after it has been downloaded.

Not here. Need more time with it, but I was initially impressed with the HVAC updates when I got back to my truck after a bike ride today. It cooled down quickly and was quite comfortable on the drive home.

The update notice was on my phone this morning. I downloaded the update from my phone. It took about 90 minutes. When I went to the truck, it was on the screen.
