Awesome, I believe your truck should be in good hands! I've always been very happy with their work and customer service. When Rivian first announced their collision repair network almost 18 months ago, I reached out to this shop suggesting that they apply. Sounds like they made the cut.
Wow! Once you see it you can't un-see it. It seems to be less noticeable than mine, but it is still there. Thanks for sharing.I'm starting to notice more pictures of silver trucks and the same issues.

I watched The rivian stories talk about limestone at lunch and they kept showing this picture and I couldn't stop starring a the hood to the LA silver and how they didn't see that.Wow! I listed all my concerns with them and sent pics. I'm hopeful they all get done. That front clip had a small bubble in the paint...you could see that someone tried to buff it out, and it dulled the paint around the area where that front clip meets the fender. Another issue on the list.Besides fixing the paint issue, did they agree on realigning your panels?
Front clip doesn’t align with fenders (passenger side at the very least), hood is always an easy fix.
Asked my guide again yesterday as the clock is ticking...apologized for the delay in getting an answer, but....tick tock. To be honest, I'm better off keeping it regardless, as someone will pay more than I paid for it. I'd come out ahead if I get it back and I'm not 95% pleased. IMOSee if you can ask that question within your original 7 day window. I would "KAREN" it up a little bit at least so you arent stuck with that as a NON-Option.

Most people won't buy a car at this price with paint defects. You are correct that a good condition R1T is worth more than what you paid but your car is currently not a good condition R1T.Asked my guide again yesterday as the clock is ticking...apologized for the delay in getting an answer, but....tick tock. It should be good condition once returned. All the silver trucks I've seen so far have the same defect. Most people aren't OCD and as anal retentive as me, I would think. Most people won't buy a car at this price with paint defects. Just something to keep in mind as you choose how to deal with this, I'd personally demand a new R1T and would use a light specifically for paint inspection before accepting delivery.
