^^ Yes, this sounds similar but yours was clearly a leak if you noticed a drop in 1/2 hour!

Wish for more concern about it. The SC said multiple times when I pushed back about a fix wanted to send images of a couple trucks in their lot that are low or cockeyed. I don’t need the truck compared to other truck with a possible problem to try to make mine look normal. This evening I’ll be putting in a ticket about this with pictures of the measurements I took in a 48 hour period.

I just finished my experiment to help narrow down if this is a software or hardware issue. Yesterday around 3pm, I used the "tire change mode" as prescribed, which is supposed to prevent the air suspension from making adjustments. I used a paint stir stick to mark the ride height at all four corners. This morning (17 hours later):

Left front: Dropped 1.75 inches
Right front: Dropped 0.75 inches
Left Rear: Same
Right rear: Raised 0.56 inches

I'll bring my video and paint stick to my appointment just in case they think this is "normal".

I have lopsided measurements as well. Measured at Very High and Lowest. Not even at all. Off by up to an inch in places. Did a hard reset, let it sleep, but no change.

After 24 hours, the worst was off by 2-1/2 inches. I'm convinced it I left it alone, it would continue getting more an more lopsided.

What did the SC say? Mine told me to first try the hard reset.

Funny to have this thread come back to life today.

I had the same issue previously, but the whole truck was dropping after sitting for an hour or two.

Last time it was in for service a couple months ago, they said they replaced the air suspension. Unlikely they replaced all of it, but that's the answer I got when I asked.

Prior to that, I always felt like the truck was a bit rough over small ripples in the road. Great over the big bumps, but shook more than I would have thought it should over minor road imperfections. I had nothing to compare it to, so just assumed that's the way it was. After they did whatever they did however, the ride quality was tremendously improved over those minor road imperfections.

But, the front end was still sagging after sitting for just an hour or two. Per my other thread, truck is in for service for other reasons, but asked them to revisit the front air suspension, so we'll see what they come back with. The rear no longer sags as it did before, so the change they made appears to have corrected that much and while it improved ride quality, didn't solve the front sagging issue.

My sagging issue existed well prior to the release of kneel mode, so am certain it's not related to that.

I am dealing with the same issue. every small bump or surface change, I can feel it inside with the soft suspension setting. I feel it should not be the case.

also experiencing front passenger side is leaning somewhere between 1/2 inch to 1 inch depending on ride height.

good to know these are not in my head made up problems.

How long was your truck in service? 2022.47 improved the ride quality of my truck by quite a bit without any hardware changes.

2 to 3 days. No updates within a few weeks of it being in service, so in my case, the improved ride quality wasn't related to a software update.

Primary reason it went in was for the recall. Had some body panel gap issues that i wasn't going to schedule a service appointment for alone, so just waited until it needed to go in for something else. The sagging suspension started happening a couple of weeks prior to the recall. So, the recall was good timing to get it in and let them handle everything at once.

I still haven't completed my write-up about that whole service experience. It was quite odd to say the least. Actually, took it in, picked it up a couple of days later and they hadn't fixed the suspension nor body panel gap issues. Wasn't real happy about it, nor the overall experience. Reached out to management. Their attitude changed pretty quickly. First time, they gave me Enterprise Rental car credits. Next time around, they came and picked up the truck and dropped off a loaner car. Long story overall. But the second round was much better than the first. They delivered my truck a couple of days later and picked up the loaner car. Each time, they only had it for a couple of days.

Mine is back from the CS. It’s been almost 48 hrs and haven’t noticed any change in height just looking at it. Fingers crossed. It felt like pulling teeth for them to come around to a leak. It was at the CS 3 times for this issue and finally looks fixed. Between the 3 appointments it was there for 18-20 days.

I got mine back from the SC today. I do still see a bit of droop on the front end but it's too early to say for sure (my driveway is on a slight incline so it may just be trying to self-level).

SC claims it was a "calibration" issue and not a leak; time will tell.

I'll try it on even ground tomorrow night and see how it does.

Update: My R1T has been at the SC since last week Wednesday (8 days). I got a call today saying that everything is fixed except for the suspension drop issue. The SC guy said that the "air supply unit", further described as a valve body/controller that feeds all four dampers, needs to be replaced. He didn't have an ETA. I don't expect this to be complete for at least another week. I'd rather they keep it and make sure it's right, no worries on my side.

I was initially told that the tech didn't observe any suspension drop at all, and then was asked a bunch of questions about what drive modes I see this in, if it's in kneel mode or not, where I'm parking, etc. I repeated that it happens every day, in every mode (including tire change) and that it's in no way subtle. He said they would keep it another day and I stayed cheerful and said no problem. Then, about 10min later, the SC advisor called back and said he didn't see the updated notes from the technician.

Curious- did your front suspension make the clunky sounds too?
Funny, you, john (on this thread too) and I all have our trucks at the Bellevue SC right now
