Evaluate how much you have used, on your first trip, and how much you gained while charging at 120V. You can then take the out-of-the-way route, if necessary, to charge on the way home. There is a good chance that there will be more options for charging later in the year (2024). You might check to see what Tesla options there might be along your route - you might have access to (some) Tesla chargers by the time you take delivery.
