Do we know what the deal is with planned/permit locations which haven't had activity in a couple years? I am looking at Dateland, AZ and El Paso, TX specifically.

Stopped at Kittery Trading Post in Maine and that station construction is well underway. Poles, trenching, conduit and Rivian charging equipment are in the works and on site.

It's almost done, Grew up there and my dad still lives up there, he goes and talks to the crews there fairly regularly just to BS and get me updates lol. Stations are in and done, building is done, they have some pavement to do, and it sounds like the utility connection is currently being built.

Not that I have, I'll see if my father can grab some, Last I talked to him transformers were in and he heard them whirring, and I just found out a buddy I grew up with's partner was hired as the manager for the station and spent the last 3 weeks in onboarding and training, so it's got to be opening very very soon, construction is more or less done.

I'll be visiting family in New Hampshire middle of next month with our usual day trip to Portsmouth. I'm tempted to go over here if open just to check it off my RAN list haha.

Is anyone familiar with the mountain pins vail used to do for skiing their resorts? You would get little digital achievements for riding a certain number of lifts, skiing terrian etc (I wish the would bring it back). Anyway, I wish Rivian would gamify their chargers with digital pins or something haha

In the Tesla world, there is a supercharging.life web site that the TeslaMotorsClub members use to track their Supercharger usage with a friendly game of one-upmanship. The top two "competitors" have each charged vehicles at over 3,000 unique Supercharger locations. It started out being tracked on a giant Google Sheets spreadsheet, but was moved to a web front-end with a database backend. It pulls a lot of data from the supercharge.info web site. I have no idea how easy it would be to replicate the service. Nice having a web site that automatically highlights any of the new-to-you Supercharger sites.

Construction company posted some more pictures of the outside and inside. That place is looks so nice.

It's a great win for the Groveland community to have such a beautiful site in town.

Let's hope it translates into some future sales $$ for Rivian.

I hope it is so successful they build these all over. Well the appropriate and local variety.

Thanks to a helpful hint, I was able to find the permit for a RAN charger in Burley, Idaho, next to the Tesla Supercharger.

This will be a great stop before the long, windy and windy drive to Tremonton, Utah.

Almost 3 years after finding the permit, Rivian has added Burley, Idaho to the coming soon map. Equipment is already on-site in Plugshare photos.
