I’ve never been able to get more than 85 kW out of one of these, but others are doing better, so I suppose it’s just my luck, or some kind of variance in the adapter or battery temps.

I’m able to hit over 200 kWh every time with mine.

Weird. Ours works great - consistently over 200kW. That’s with a low state of charge, but still works great.

The company I worked for lost a lawsuit on similar terms. They lost because the part in dispute was not manufactured in house.

If the A2Z adapter caused damage to the Rivian, and was used as directed then A2Z would be on the hook. If the Tesla adapter caused damage to the Rivian then Tesla would be on the hook, unless Rivian assumed responsibility.
