It’s unrefined, phat and pointless. The vent placement recall makes no sense, the driver screen is still useless. Why do I need to see a car that’s right in front of me on the screen. The Chevy Bolt has better information for 1/3 the cost, not that I’m going to buy a Bolt. The new Rivian look sucks, but my 4yr old loves it.

Completely, totally, utterly, unequivocally disagree. Perhaps your four year old has something to teach you?
And by the way, because you don’t like it doesn’t mean that it sucks. It means that you don’t like it. Neither your opinion nor mine define reality for anyone else.
agree. It’s so ridiculous to have such a strong opinion about something like this.People get so upset about the silliest things.
Don’t be giving Rivian any ideas!!! ?Just wait till the OP sees the next UI update, I hear that they are going with a full Minecraft look!!

cartoonish visuals do not inspire confidence or evoke sophistication
In your opinion. I think it’s fine and not childish.Well. The UI _is_ quite childish.
So there is that...

Rather than an odometer, I’d prefer a mileage warranty countdown. At this point, my warranty has saved me 10’s of thousands of dollars ?I don’t mind the cartoon imagery. I just wish the powers that be at Rivian could spend and extra three minutes to put the odometer on the driver screen.
