Took my car into service for a few issues a couple weeks ago. One was the poor alignment. This is probably the fifth time I’ve taken it in for the same problem. At first they said they were going to charge me but I guess they found something off with the subframe and removed and reinstalled it but it still pulls to the right. Other than that the truck performs beautifully. They performed the customer campaign regarding the chirping/squeaking at low speeds and that’s not an issue anymore. The ride quality is way better than when I first got the truck in 2022, but this alignment issue is annoying. Should I just take it to an independent shop here in SoCal? I really don’t want to lemon it, but I guess that’s an option to. Surprisingly the tread in all the tires is about the same.
As an aside, I had an R1S loaner with the 20AT and the ride quality and road noise was significantly worse compared to my truck with the 21s.
