Front suspension drops overnight

I just got mine back from the service center after having the same issue. I took the recommendation from others on here and put the truck as high as it would go and into tire change mode and then took measurements every hour. Doing this I found that the front right in particular was dropping about an inch per hour.

With that data in hand I opened a service ticket and service center found a leak in the top of the air shock and replaced the shock. I've had the truck back for two weeks now and even overnight now the truck isn't dropping at all.

I just took delivery last week and my R1S rear end is sagging within 30 minutes of parking. It holds enough pressure to drive fine, but clearly there is a leak that needs to be fixed. Thank you @clockwork crane for posting so I know where to start with service.

UPDATE: Service was completed in Normal yesterday. They found a loose fitting at the left rear air spring. They corrected the issue and let it sit overnight to confirm the leak was gone. All good now. In the ticket they deemed it a manufacturing issue. I don't have the R1S back yet to confirm it's fixed, but they basically found exactly what I expected so I am optimistic they will have fully repaired it.

Having the same problem with my 2022 R1T. The front drops completely overnight.

The truck is currently in service at the Richmond service center and it’s obvious that they don’t know what is going on. So far they tried replacing the air struts but the suspension still drops. The truck has been in service for over a week now.

That is interesting. Whatever is wrong must be a little trickier to diagnose than mine. Richmond had it diagnosed, fixed, and observed resolved in a day. That was several months ago and no issues since.

The knee-jerk reaction tends to be to replace a major component like a strut or controller. In many cases (like mine), it turns out to be a leak in a line around a fitting. Seems like they need a better diagnostic procedure and they certainly need a better build/test process.

Agreed, most of the updates, which are frequent consists of "we replaced X and going to see if that fixed it overnight" and then moving onto the next part in the system. My service list of items has grown to about 16 items from original 5 when I dropped the vehicle off almost 2 Friday's ago.

I am glad I found this thread. I am having the front compressor replaced because the truck was on the tires on the left side and almost on it on the right after sitting for two days. I am 7k close to being out of warranty tool
