So confirmed by my service manager. Jounce line update is in place as long as customer suggests chirping noise present.

Separately, on our R1S they are also replacing the dampers referenced as a retrofit, however, they have a different PN as the dampers suggested here. My assumption is because my dampers are for an R1S.

pn.s are:
ASSY - DAMPER MODULE; FRT; LH
Part# PT00614436-C
ASSY - DAMPER MODULE; FRT; RH
Part# PT00614437-C

Current pn on car is 100055319-B

Also confirmed that if customers ask for the jounce lines or complain about squeaking they will do the retrofit to the new parts. is your R1S a 2022 or 2023 model? I know that 2024 models should already have the new updated dampers.

Ours is a 2023 R1S built in September. Yours a 2024?

Ok that probably explains them doing the updated dampers. I believe the updated dampers started in late 2023 and early 2024. My R1T is a 2024 model so I think it already has the updated dampers from factory.

Well I never had the old dampers to be able to compare. But I don’t really get any “clunks”. I get the occasional clunk on really deep dips in the road or when the road is really uneven. But I don’t consider those to be abnormal. On everyday driving it’s not clunky. I just have the squeaking at low speeds which is what the jounce line replacement should fix!

I've had a horrific squeek from the rear. Last time I took it into service (an hour away), the truck decided to be absolutely silent just in time for my service appointment. "Unable to reproduce"

Of course 3 days later, i'm back to squeeking over every slight bump and wave in the road.

Does it sound like an overused college dorm mattress? Or more of a clown shoe?
Sounds like Blinky the Clown learning about 'soaking' in his dorm room...

I get a squeak noise (low pitched rubbing type squeak) coming from the back, but really only when self-leveling when stopped. I do sometimes hear it slowing down into similar unlevel areas at lights. I have an appt scheduled for Oct. Could this be jounce lines as well? It was intermittent and has been slowly getting worse for 9 months.

So worried about them not being able to replicate when it goes in - intermittent car problems are the most frustrating in my experience.

Anyone with the new dampers able to take a picture of any labeling on them?

The chattering dampers gen 1 owners deal with are Monroe CVSA2s
