Hello my dudes!
Today we're officially announcing the Seat Back Tablet Mount V2 and our new Tablet Holder for the Rivian R1S and R1T!
First, the new Tablet Mount. It's our second version of the most unobtrusive, easy to install / remove, way for you to mount a tablet or phone holder on the back of your front seat. The mount assembles quickly with one Phillips head screw and a specialized low-profile T-nut. Installation is simple and toolless as it slots securely on the hook mounted on the rear of the R1S and R1T front seat.
This second version improves upon V1 in the following ways:
Second, is our new Tablet Holder. The tablet holder attaches to the mount and does exactly what it sounds like - hangs onto the tablet. To date, we've been directing everyone to a third-party site to purchase one, which isn't ideal. After considerable amount of testing, we've decided to offer our own. It holds securely, installs easily, and the range of swivel is extensive due to its low-profile design.
Both of these products are available to ship today!
$13.95 for the Seat Back Tablet Mount
$12.95 for the Tablet Holder
$24.95 for both in the Kit

The opensource 3D model for the updated Seat Back Tablet Mount will be available on our Printables page in the next few days. The Tablet Mount is one of the few third party products that we are unable to post a model for.

This second version improves upon V1 in the following ways:
- Fitment is significantly more snug --The portion of the mount around the seat back hook was completely refactored to be as tight as possible without damaging the seat finish.
- Easier install with USB-C cable -- The cutout for the USB-C cable has been expanded to allow for quick install with cables that have a more chunky connector.
- More durable -- The curvature around the hook has been improved to carry heavier loads.
- Better bolt / nut fit -- The depth of the bolt receptacle has been tweaked so it is more flush with both the back of the mount and to ensure the bolt doesn't poke out beyond it.
