R1T Stamped Tailgate ok?

Was told this was how it How many of you have a R1T with a tailgate “defect” like this? It’s like bent inward more than the other side

Tough to tell exactly what you're looking at but those two pics you shared are taken at very different angles. Here is a pic of mine I tried to take from a similar angle as your first one. The gap on yours looks a little bit bigger but doesn't seem egregious IMO.

I think the within spec comment was humorous, but at least a few of us aren’t noticing what you’re seeing as an issue. Without a description, arrows, or circles, I don’t even know which is supposed to be the bad one with two unlabeled pics showing two different colors from 2 different angles. If you give more info I bet you’ll get some useful feedback in return.

lol, me too. I was thinking they had spied a custom/limited release tailgate option with Rivian's "Normal" logo.
