My driver side back door rattles over small bumps like ripples, man holes, rail road tracks. But it’s silent if I jump a giant speed bump.

Pretty annoying. Sounds like a piece of unsecured sheet metal inside the door. (Side note, this started after they tried to better align the plastic composite under the driver side gear tunnel door (and they scratched my back door too). Careful what you ask them to adjust.)

Same for me...although it kinda sounds like something in the tonneau storage compartment.

Based on a Rivian Stories video, I jiggled my grab handle above the door. The door that rattled had a grab handle that was a little looser. I _think_ it helped, but even if it’s placebo I welcome it as I’m distracted by it less now.

won’t hurt to try.

I have terrible rattle behind the rear seat. Drove over railroad tracks and what ever it is came loose. Sounds like a piece of metal. Trying to figure out how to remove rear seat back to access.

I have the same....I think its something with the tonneau mechanism or that very front panel rattling. I haven't had a chance to sit in the back and narrow it down.

I have a loud creaking sound when i open my driver side door. It' s a bit annoying, but nothing crazy. I suspect something's rubbing weird. I submitted a video and within an hour a Rivian service agent called me and we got a mobile service appointment scheduled in 2 weeks (they initially wanted me to go to the service center, with the soonest available appointment in May..).

Just wanted to share a positive note .

It sounds like it is coming from right behind the middle headrest.

Anybody have a rattle coming from their passenger seat. When driving alone? Especially prevalent over uneven surfaces. Of course service center said it’s normal.

My R1T has a strange rattling noise coming from the rear cab while going over rough patches of pavement as if somethingis not screwed down. Also, the rear suspension makes some weird noises when going over speed humps at low speed.

I have this exactly. Was there any solution or was the cause found out?
