Just thinking long-term, I wonder if this can be isolated to a specific fuse? I know this is extreme, but what if someone needs to park somewhere where they can't charge for days? Pull the fuse so they don't come back to a dead battery? Let's hope it doesn't come to that.

Same, Gen1 R1S here. Just submitted a ticket after noticing earlier and thinking WTF is that blinking randomly? Phone PAAK is nowhere near the truck and turned BT off. PAAK at home is disabled also. Hard reset, still blinking. SC visit scheduled for next week and hoping it's nothing serious.

There's at least three separate threads on the Facebook group. I haven't checked reddit lately, but wouldn't be surprised to see it pop up there, as well. If it were me, I'd go in there with a laptop with all the tabs open and be like "look here".

Add me to the list, 2023 R1T taillights flashing and door handle lights staying on all day/night. Doors locked/unlocked doesn't matter just like everyone else mentioned on this thread. Hope not too serious of an issue. Ticket submitted, lucky to grab an appointment for next week.

There's definitely something clicking, too. Sounds like it's coming from around the driver's fuse area. A relay? It's timing with the lights flashing. If I open the door it'll stop.

I recently got a new mobile phone, and my PaaK now wakes up my R1T from two rooms away. WIth my old phone, when it worked, I had to be standing right next to the vehicle. Wonder if some signal is being broadcast into your garage from an authorized device?

No it's not, I even went as far as to enable Shipping mode (it's like an Airplane mode for the truck) with all proximity keys disabled and left WAY TOO FAR from the garage, and security camera will still show the same behavior.

As a workaround until you get it fixed, try putting it in camp mode. I do this when I’m not at home (proximity turned off there) and am walking around the truck (like at friends or family,parked in the driveway, walking around).

Didn't try that myself but since it's not proximity related, I doubt it would do anything. Also the problem (mine) is that the truck isn't sleeping and it's draining battery. Camp mode won't help with that. I was confident on shipping mode but nope.

Service just reached out and they changed something on the back end to fix the issue for me. The vehicle is now sleeping as expected. I hope they can fix everyone else affected just as easily!

I feel like they pushed something out that caused this. I know I got the Driver+ update randomly on a Friday a few weeks ago and I started having issues like only the driver door not always locking and leaving just that handle open. I feel like maybe another batch went out and has a new set of bugs... unfortunately this is the typical Rivian tomfoolery

Service just reached out and they changed something on the back end to fix the issue for me. The vehicle is now sleeping as expected. I hope they can fix everyone else affected just as easily!

Which service center was it? I''m at Dallas, TX and just checked in my truck, wanted to provide the info to them here as they will attempt a remote diagnose with corporate later on today.
