Where to source replacement Torx bolts?

Hoping to leverage the community here -

Has anyone found a good source of Torx bolts that match those used all over the underside of the R1? I was hoping to find an assortment on Amazon, but so far, no luck.

I don't know the exact size you need, but in general, if McMaster-Carr doesn't have it, it doesn't exist in this part of the universe. They list 2,465 different Torx bolts.

Mcmaster, Fastenal, Grainger, Bolt Depot.

If you can't find it at one of those 4, it probably doesn't exist. BUT, you can also probably call McMaster and give them ANY information and they'll find it, too. They're incredible (like, every employer I've ever had, as an Engineer, has a multi-million dollar account with them, because they have everything, and you get it next day). Just FYI!

I should be set on torx bolts for life with their package sizes!

which one are you looking for? EVSportsline sell TP55 and there is T20. those are the only two torx i saw while installing running boards.

I think that I saw them in the Rivian store or on EV sportline. Either way they are available.

I distinctly remember 3 different sizes (that we had to integrate with) when installing my EV Sportline sliders.

There may be more sizes, too, depending on what OP is after.

I distinctly remember 3 different sizes (that we had to integrate with) when installing my EV Sportline sliders.

T20, 10mm hex, and TP55 bolts for those panels and frame bolts. There's also a T25 in the fender well. I *think* some of the other underbody bolts might use 7mm hex heads but I might be confusing that with a different vehicle.

I hate to beat a dead horse (when there's already a million threads on the topic), but did we ever figure out a solid source for the T20 bolts that hold the plastic body panels on?

Put in a service request. I had a few missing and they did a mobile visit to replace them, no cost to me

The Torx head is a slightly different size, but all else is the same.

I searched McMaster-Carr, Grainger, etc. but could not find a match in black oxide.

Awesome! Yea... not perfect, but 98% of the way there!

I ordered several on Amazon... these were the only ones that worked.
