After previous update things were good for a few days. Played music one day using Apple Music and my roof and rear speakers seemed muted. Moved slider to rear and was about half the volume of fronts, soft reset corrected.

Now with current update, issue happened again with audio (Meridian) and wife had issue where cameras got stuck on so soft reset again. Yesterday suspension took longer to raise than it does to level, audio imbalance again so did a hard reset to correct. Have to say the features are up in recent release, but feel like we are now running Windows Millennium edition and BSOD is just around the corner ?

They really need to add a revert update button for issues like this.

I’ve seen enough individual unique situations posted between this forum, Reddit and FB that I’m starting to get disappointed that Rivian isn’t acknowledging the issues like they have in the past. It still may be a small percentage impacted but starting to feel bigger.

It seems like since the dual releases for gen 2 and gen 1 that the issues have gotten worse with software releases. I’m guessing they need to improve testing across the different generations.

I’ll say it again: EVERY OTA software update should include a hard and soft reset guide at the end of the “What’s New” section, as they seem to be necessary after every one.
I've never done it.

The only issue I've had was my FM radio didn't the morning after an update on the way to work. It worked fine on my way home. Have really had any noticeable issues other than that.

I think that people with problems post about them. People who don't have problems don't post.

Yup, I've only had the truck for about 3 updates, but I haven't had any issues with any of the 3.

For me, the soft reset will often break my stereo (not all channels work), then I have to do a hard reset to get the stereo working again.
Have you tried a vehicle reset (hold down far left steering wheel button and hazard lights button)?
