Apple music remains very buggy for me as well. Also find the volume levels seem to continue to change after every update. Have traditionally had dynamic sound adjustment on low but can tell a huge difference in volume now when going under 10mpH vs over. Have had to turn that off and bump volume up considerably to get levels that sound good. For awhile was able to have volume well under 10 now seems like needs to be at 10 or above.

Not a huge fan of the new dashboard UI updates. The opague tiles make it feel more cluttered and the increase in font size on everything is almost comical. Feels like I'm looking at it through a magnifyting glass, and I don't have young eyes. The volume number font is now almost a big as the speedometer font...

I'm guessing tonight with the full moon. "Halloween" will show up on the setting screens.

Front camera park assist only worked once and now doesn’t do it anymore even after resets. Anyone else experiencing the same?

I think it's intended to only display when the parking sensors are triggered. Mine switched to video when pulling into the garage but that's the only time I have triggered the sensors since the install.

Are you Gen 2? if so I think you got the same glitch I did. you will probably start noticing more issues as they present like no GPS, outside temp...
I have a service appointment scheduled to fix.

Has anyone figured out how to get rid of the direction/compass display on the driver's? Is it not possible to turn off?

Frankly, Rivian makes changes to UI, just because they can. There is no real improvement. AND the energy usage bar on the left does not match the energy use indicator on the right side of the driver's display....

Frankly, Rivian makes changes to UI, just because they can. There is no real improvement. AND the energy usage bar on the left does not match the energy use indicator on the right side of the driver's display....

I don't think you can. But hopefully, this will be customizable in the future as I don't like having that either. I would prefer to have the "media information" there instead of the pop-up with volume control overriding that same space (personal opinion).

I hope that in the future, they include a menu to customize the driver display! Very doable but I'm sure it isn't a priority

This seems like something that should be tied to a drive mode by default, and still customizable. Why in the world would someone think to put a giant tactical compass on the screen there?

Well, in Rivian's defense... "Adventure"
Also, in their defense, when you're driving a named road, you should see the "N/S/E/W" direction bearing + the Street Name. Somewhat helpful but I would like to, still, turn it off.

Have not figured it out, doesn't look like it's possible, but i don't mind when it's giving me street names and stuff. For me the biggest issue is with the efficiency. Mine sucks compared to what it used to be. I don't know if there is a weird delay or it's not calibrated appropriately, but i could routinely be around 2.5mi/kwh when cruising on flat road 60mph and now it's like 2mi/kwh. my "15 min avg" has gone way down. it's strange.
