It takes me about 1.5 hours to do a 5-tire rotation on my R1T but I don't rush it. That extra time is from start to finish and includes wrestling the spare out of the truck, doing the rotation, measuring the tread depth at each corner, Cleaning the inside of each wheel, and giving the brake calipers a good cleaning since I can reach them.
Yes, I could take it into America's Tire and let the Tire Monkeys have at it and save myself about 30 minutes but then the wheels and calipers would be dirtier, AND they'd likely drag the tire off the tailgate and break the trim piece again. No thanks.
