Anyone else have wonky or non-functioning one-touch garage button? Mine initially worked immediately after the OTA 2023.30. Then when adding a second garage door, neither one-touch would function despite indicator showing up on the driver dash.

In troubleshooting I have tried both uninstalling both garage doors then reinstalling and re-engaging one touch, and also twice tried soft infotainment resets. The soft reset worked once but then stopped functioning thereafter.

The central dash garage opener with double button push function works fine despite above, so the openers are properly paired to the vehicle.

Any suggestions from the board are much appreciated. Try hard reset?

I have the same "wonkiness". Worked great as soon as update came out and then stopped. I would get the pop-up but pressing the right most wheel button did nothing. I toggled off and then back on the setting to show the one-touch popup and its been working for the last 2 days.

I have 1 location works 100% of the time and a second location that worked 2 twice. Good thing the one that works is my garage door.

I have had a similar experience. Worked great for a little while, but now, it is intermittent. If I watch the graphic on the screen, i notice that when it is not working, I do not see feedback on the graphic (it indicates its been pushed). If I push it a few times or sometimes hold it, it will eventually work, although sometimes I end up double pressing it and then my garage closes again.

I have the same problem with this update and just use the screen! Much more reliable. Give us some real updates Rivian like infotainment to watch video.

I have this same issue but I think it is because I was holding the steering wheel control paddle too long. To me, it seems to work best if I just briefly tap it... and wait a few seconds because there is definitely a delayed response that is a bit annoying. Don't know if this helps.

The biggest issue I have is the delay, and that was there even when using the screen. There are many times I think it ignored the push, then I hit it again and the door goes up then stops. When using the screen, I got used to looking for the response on the screen, so ignored the delay. Even with the screen, I noticed it sometimes ignored the push.

In general, I have found with the latest update, the center screen is less responsive to my selections, for many things.

The same issue here. The option shows up but when I press the button nothing! I had to use the original garage button on the center screen to work.

This is my experience as well. A brief tap of the button seems to work... a longer press has no effect. Hopefully they will do a finer tune of this in future OTA updates.

Both of my garage doors work when I use the steering wheel buttons. It does have some 3 sec delay after you push the button. The center console display have a spinning circle when it is transmitting the signal. The driver display does not. I still use the center console to open the garage door as it seems to be able to transmit 200 ft away, while the driver display doesn't pop up until I am about 100 ft from it. I use it now to close the door when I'm in the garage.

Mine was intermittent at first but now works great. I did notice that the icon on the drivers screen blicks ever so quickly indicating it is going to work...previously I did not notice the feedback and was probably confusing the door opener by pressing more than once.

I love the idea of one push however after update it worked few times and excited. Now I have to push steering wheel button twice for it to respond. Hope they refine this function

That is exactly my observation as well. When it doesn't work, no UI animation. Hopefully this will be addressed in the next SW update.

My complaint:
I use roomy exit and entry.

When I get into my R1T in the garage, I want to start opening the door *while I wait* for my seat to move into position.

If I push that button, the garage door will open, *BUT IT ALSO CANCELS MY SEAT MOVING BACK INTO POSITION.*

Similar if I use the steering wheel button while the seat is moving back when I park.

So, I can only really use the button when I'm already outside of the garage when I'm leaving, or on initial return. Otherwise, I either have to sit and wait for my seat to readjust OR just use the touchscreen (which does NOT cancel the seat readjustment).

It's a silly bug, but it's a bug (and it's consistent--happens every time, so it's not just the off-chance my seat doesn't want to go to its place for whatever reason)...
