Sounds like this is normal and it continues going anyway. Guessing it's whatever they are doing to trick the infotainment system into accepting an out-of-band update.

same happened to me, just leaving it alone to see if it will start moving... been about 10 min and still at 0.

Leave it alone for a week. I don't think I will install this until after the holiday, don't want to be screwed for the drive.

Anybody got this? Seems like the update is still going though, currently at 0% but the message is freaking me out.

That's what mine has, but mine is wigging out. First showed it as connected to a charger (isn't connected). I closed and reopened. then showed it not connected to a charger but had the charge door open alert (isn't open). closed and reopened and now it just showed the normal car sitting there with this error.

I got the unable to install error and it sat at 0 for a while…like others I let it sit and then it ticked to 7%. Looks like it’s going through. We all need to be patient!!

Just called the service number per the error. They said they are going to call be back later as they are still diagnosing why it's failing for some. I asked for an ETA on the call back and she said hopefully later today, but "a few others also having problems with the update that is going out now." Glad to see others are having success, but does not look like it's 100% of us...
