My R1T shut down on highway

Recently driving home on the highway after dark My R1T shut down power and was coasting. Both screens went to a dark gray color . The center screen had a pic of an owl silhouette perched on what might have been a cell phone. We got off the highway , parked. Then put in reverse to get back on the road. truck is operating again then the screen goes gray again with the owl. my wife changed screen prompt to drive modes and the screens came back on ! Owl be gone . Reluctant to pull out on the highway as it was super busy, we did and got home safely. When I opened my cell phone the # for Rivian service was on screen and ready to call!!!
I did call and we reset the computer and the technician indicated that all things he could check were good. We requested a call back about further investigating and are waiting to hear What their tech people think. The Owl ? what did that represent? Shutdown all systems ???? Any others out there with similar stories ?

Whoa, that's a new one. How were you able to change drive modes if the screens were dead with the owl picture?

Sounds like a weird situation. Never had anything like that happen before and never heard of it happening to anyone else.

We have a local mtb trail called Moloch, and I once explained the origin to my son. He hasn’t been the same since.

Also, that’s the first flow trail Long Dog decided to barrel down on his own.
