20' AT just over one year and just over 10k miles.

Something does not look right with the Recurrent.

EPA rated range for R1T with 20" AT is only 274 miles.
328 miles with 21" wheels and 303 miles with 22" wheels.

These are EPA estimates after Rivian unlocked extra usable capacity earlier this year.

Going to try ElectraFi from makers of TeslaFi. It's a data analytics app/website that tracks and displays your Rivian info like drives, charges, efficiency, battery usage, etc. Well regarded and popular in the Tesla community. They have a 2 month free trial at moment, plus get another 2 weeks free using attached link or code "Rivian" (code is case-sensitive with capital "R" if typing it in later)... will report back on battery degradation after actually get some more miles on mine, hopefully in a few months!

How many of you are using Recurrent? After 16 months and 24K miles my report shows no loss in comparison to "others". Wondering if the "others" are all Rivians? I have the R1T Quad, 95% All purpose with an average spirited driver behind the wheel. 50/50 highway/local.

I use recurrent. My R1T is "comparable" but I have done some towing with it and I live in a rural area so I don't see "city" stop and go conditions much. Do a lot of highway.

Early R1T reporting in with 26k miles. Very rural, lots of highway driving. Modest CCS usage on trips.
Pretty good degradation numbers (better than my 2019 Bolt TBH).

Generally keep it below 80%

Has anyone experienced an increase rate of passive charge loss while vehicle sits idle and not plugged in for a few days? I’m now seeing a drop of 10 percentage points (independent of starting charge) in 6-7 days for my ‘23 R1S. The battery pack has not seen extreme high or low charge levels.

Sounds about right. I see 1.5%/day when parked idle at the airport.

Thanks for letting me know it's not a surprise to you. But this passive loss needs to be figured in when using the Rivian as it was designed...to get out into the wilds without recharge capability for variable amounts of time.

ASIDE: Re: Tesla Model 3 degradation
Here is my kid's 2018 TM3 (blue) and similar TM3s averages for the TeslaFI-COM 3rd party tool for comparison which is all pretty close to 10% it seems.

So have any of you folks on TeslaFI for Rivian (aka https://electrafi.com/) and can post a picture like the above that shows the 'fleet' average (green line) for your Rivians?

Menu option: Charges then Battery Report

Not sure about anyone else's Electrafi, but mine says no fleet data matching my odometer - which is odd since my mileage seems about average for a ~2 year old R1T (May 2022). I'm guessing Electrafi may have a minimum # of data points required before providing a fleet average and with only 400 or so users, there just might not be enough to calculate yet.

For reference, R1T 22" OEM tires, generally charge to 70% at home with maybe a dozen charges to 85% and a similar number of DCFCs.

I have a 2022 R1T, mostly around town with a few trips out to the mountains.~19k miles after 1.5 years of ownership.

Just had a Rivian mobile tech come out to the house for a different issue, but asked him if he could tell me what the battery health was....95%. Seems about right?

I’m at around the same time and miles as yours. How did he measure the battery health ? My guessometer estimate is still the same as before. It Actually increased a few miles since I swapped to 20 inches 275/60/20 all season tires at 15k miles from 21”

I don't think there is any point in adding fleet data because it doesn't seem like Rivian is taking degradation into account when calculating the range.

The fleet data would just show that everyone's vehicle is reporting no drop in range.
