Some of the early on Typhoon Pro had a short communication pin and would not register on V4 cabinets.
Reach out to Technical Support and let them know the issue you had / share your receipt.

So, I found a reddit post talking about the short comms pin on the early runs of the A2Z charger. I looked at mine and it looks like the attached image. I'm reaching out to A2Z to see if I can get it swapped with one that has the longer pin. Until then, I'll bring both charge adapters with me.
