10MM size was immediately too large. I'd suggest that if you require something that big, it's a clear call for service as something is really wrong. 8MM. alternatively, size seemed to fit well for me. A comparison between the 6MM and 8MM size:

Long story short - clear improvement over not having it. It's the difference between, "a bit more wind noise than I want from my side-view mirror" and, "It sounds like I'm constantly being passed by another vehicle". It's even noticeable on the dB graph. Pay attention to the first half of the graph, which is highway speed at 70 MPH. The run on top is the one without any foam:
So, following up on my prior post, I would absolutely recommend this. While not earth shattering, there is a clear difference. Installation is less than 60 seconds and completely revertable.
I would suggest that you measure the gap and order the correct size (go slightly larger). Alternatively, I think I'm going to add a kit to OpenSourceEV.com for this. Likely 4 inches of both sizes for like $1. If you want to take a flyer on it with another order, that's a lot better than $12. At that $12 price, I still think it's worth it though.

I concur...this really, really helped....went from needing audio on 15 to now only level 10 just stuffing some hollow tube rubber into those areas.Success! Cuts out 95%+ of the wind noise. Not totally silent, but then no car is. Made a HUGE difference.
Interesting ... I only really noticed the noise on the driver side. When i went to stuff the rubber sealing on the passenger side, it would not fit (unlike the drivers side). That would chime with the lack of wind noise there. Wonder if it a manufacturing thing?? I also ran the pipping up both windows (see pics)

My wind noise appears to come from the front windshield in general, very hard to tell exactly where but I went ahead and tried this today and will see if it improves things. I did not have missing pipping on the upper part of the window and just applied it on the lower part.Success! Cuts out 95%+ of the wind noise. Not totally silent, but then no car is. This may have helped. Now that I’m paying closer attention to the wind noise, it appears it comes from the crossbars that I recently installed. The wind noise appears to come from above. I have seen other threads about this. I don’t believe it is only the crossbars but now it appears to be.
Have you tried requesting a mobile service visit to address the wind noise? I was told repeatedly by the service center that they couldn't help. But the mobile tech drove with me, agreed that there was an issue, and my repair is scheduled for tomorrow. It is the glass and trim replacement that many others in this thread got.
